Der Ritter: A Sonnet

It was there in that wood, I should have never gone. But believe me if I could, I would not listen to his song. The trees had me in their tender embrace, And even though--so frightened--I stayed. He revealed himself with such grace, That in my horror, I was utterly dismayed. His spidery fingers caressed my jaw, And I entranced, was able to cease my fear. Even though he had no maw, Whispered so only I could hear: It is strange that you do not flee, in the presence of a creature like me.

My grandmother was German. When I was a kid and would come over for the weekends, she would always share these fascinating stories that I would listen to with wide eyes and a curious mind. We went through the usual stories that kids know—Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, and Rapunzel. When we'd exhausted almost every tale that the Grimm Brothers wrote, I'd grown up a little. Two Months

Holy crap. Time flies. Speaking of time--I only have two months until I graduate and then be able to go to college. Who's excited? This kid! ^_^ And during the summer I'll be able to write and draw more often! School is a bit of a murder right now seeing as I'm trying to haul ass and pass my science classes (don't even get me started on flipping chemistry >.>) but everything else is good. I think I want to be a writer when I grow up as well as acting on the side. And for any of you Smexy fans, some new things are coming! I love that sexy Slender... I had a dream of him once... Yeah--I'm gonna wipe off this drool. Have a nice day everyone

Sudden Inspiration?

Isn't it strange how things work out? Huh. It's probably all of the manga I've been reading that's pushing me to draw x3 I finally caught up with Naruto (freaking amazing) and now in the process of reading Yu Yu Hakusho. Also, when I was watching Darker than Black the other day, I couldn't help but laugh when Alice shot herself up with supernaturally enhanced bees. BEES? REALLY? I've never been stung *knocks on wood* and I never hope to be either. *Shudders* >.> Drugs are bad. Mmmmkay? ^_^ But Wei was a freaking badass. His ears were also quite interesting...he can be quite snappy, no? (Bad pun x3) Oh! YOU GUYS NEED TO WATCH SCANDAL. SE

Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! I've had a WONDERFUL morning so far. My lovely mom got us some awesome presents, and me and my little bro are very thankful for them ^.^ As you can see, I'm going motivational poster crazy lol.
